Support for Designated Supervisors
The education and training landscape has recently undergone through enormous change at pace. This has been overwhelming for many supervisors.
When trainees are enrolled on to the Pioneer Training Programme, we recognise that supervisors (tutors) may also need support. Whether you are a new supervisor who needs guidance or an experienced supervisor who needs help with a complex situation, our team of experienced supervisors are here to help.Â
Advice
Sometimes all you need is a chat. Maybe you need support as a new supervisor, or non-judgmental help with a complex situation. Our team of experienced supervisors are here to help.
Training Plans
New to training and need a training plan? Or maybe it’s been a while and you need help updating your old one. We can help develop a training plan in accordance with GPhC requirements.
Work-based Tools
A suite of tools are available to enable you to support, evaluate and track the progress of your trainee as an aspiring practising pharmacist. These will help make sure nothing is missed out!
Assessments
Not all pharmacies are the same, therefore experiences will vary. We will support you to support your trainee develop. The end of year mock will be supplemented with supervisor quizzes, role plays and simulations.
