Recruitment Consultancy

Our partners at Imaan Healthcare have achieved recruitment rates via Oriel comparable to hospital recruitment rates, close to 100%. We can review your recruitment strategy and advise on how to maximise your chances of recruiting. This service is free, providing current and future trainees are enrolled on to the Pioneer training programme.  

Clinical & professional training programme

The programme supports trainees towards their exam, with an additional focus on professional development. The programme also supports designated supervisors (tutors), enhancing mentoring ability and advising on difficult situations.
